“Zona Romantical” The Best LGBTQ+ Neighborhood in Mexico
I loved my vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located - just 2 blocks away from the beach and close to everything. The rooftop pool was stunning and even better than in the pictures. The condo had great amenities, including a gym, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the building's policy of no visitors after 10pm, which did create a very peaceful atmosphere. However, there were plenty of LGBT-friendly clubs, bars, and restaurants nearby for those who wanted to experience the local nightlife. It's worth noting that this is a very inclusive neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta's romantic zone. It was an awesome and comfy vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone! The beautiful 1 bedroom/2-bathroom apartment (there is also a couch in the living room) is located in the perfect spot to walk to everything in the neighborhood (and literally 2 blocks from the beach). There's a beautiful rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym on the rooftop. The place is actually nicer than the pictures, which is always a nice surprise :-) I will definitely stay here again! The condo has great amenities.

Ma femme, mon fils et moi avons récemment séjourné au Zenith à Puerto Vallarta et avons eu une expérience incroyable. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, offrant un accès facile à la plage, aux restaurants et aux magasins. Le condo était moderne, spacieux et magnifiquement décoré, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se sentir à l'aise et chez soi. Les vues depuis le balcon étaient tout simplement époustouflantes, avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle chaque soir. Le personnel du Zenith était amical, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider avec toutes les questions ou besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine à débordement sur le toit, qui offrait une retraite paisible et relaxante loin de l'agitation de la ville. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un moment merveilleux au Zenith et nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour luxueux et confortable à Puerto Vallarta.
2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!
The perfect rental vacation near Los Muertos Beach
The apartment was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, and had ample closet space for luggage and clothing. The location was great too! If you're seeking the best location for nightlife and action, it's just a step away. The stunning rooftop pool with beautiful views of Los Muertos Beach and the city is a definite highlight. This place is definitely worth every penny!
The jacuzzi was also a great place to relax, especially in the evenings.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. If you're looking for quality and quantity, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Puerto Vallarta.

I had a fantastic stay at Zenith. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight of this awesome place, offering stunning views of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. It's the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The location of the condo is unbeatable - everything you need is just a stone's throw away, including shops, grocery stores, boutiques, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. You'll never have to travel far for anything! The apartment itself is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The second bed is a pull-out couch, which is perfectly fine if you don't mind sleeping on it. The main bedroom is lovely, with its own large screen TV, full bathroom and shower, and quiet AC. I particularly enjoyed the view from the bedroom - it overlooks the mountains and gets great exposure from the morning sun. The laundry room is a great feature, and we used it multiple times as we were traveling light. The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. My partner and I had an amazing stay at the Zenith building in Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool and views were absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Aaron was an exceptional host and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants in town. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta.
