2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA

Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

Atmosphere: The Romantic Zone has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with colorful streets and charming architecture. It's a great place to soak up the local culture and vibe. Nightlife: The Romantic Zone is known for its vibrant nightlife, with plenty of bars and clubs to choose from. It's a popular spot for locals and tourists alike to socialize and have fun. I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta with some friends, and it was an amazing experience. The property was well-appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony, taking in the beautiful views of the ocean and the surrounding area. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of room for all of us to relax and unwind. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals and save money on dining out. The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive, providing us with recommendations for things to do and see in the area, as well as making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My little daughter, wife and I recently stayed at Zenith in Puerto Vallarta, and we had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo itself was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The views from the balcony were simply stunning, with breathtaking sunsets every evening. The staff at Zenith were friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions or needs. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, which provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat away from home. I highly recommend Aaron's condo to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta

Our stay at Aaron's condo in Vallarta's Zona Romantica was fantastic! The condo had a great view of the ocean and was in a convenient location close to the Malecon and old Town. Inside, the condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home. The building had impressive amenities, such as the rooftop pool and gym, which were perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Aaron was an exceptional host who provided us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. His attention to detail and hospitality made us feel truly welcome and ensured that we had a memorable vacation experience. The apartment was not only conveniently located but also big enough, clean, and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. "Zona Romantica": The Best LGBTQ+ Neighborhood in Mexico

I absolutely loved my vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located, just 2 blocks away from the beach and close to everything. The rooftop pool was stunning and even better than depicted in the pictures. There were plenty of LGBT-friendly clubs and bars nearby for those who wanted to experience the local nightlife.

“Zona Romantical” The Best LGBTQ+ Neighborhood in Mexico

I loved my vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located - just 2 blocks away from the beach and close to everything. The rooftop pool was stunning and even better than in the pictures. The condo had great amenities, including a gym, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the building's policy of no visitors after 10pm, which did create a very peaceful atmosphere. However, there were plenty of LGBT-friendly clubs, bars, and restaurants nearby for those who wanted to experience the local nightlife. It's worth noting that this is a very inclusive neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta's romantic zone. It was an awesome and comfy vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone! The beautiful 1 bedroom/2-bathroom apartment (there is also a couch in the living room) is located in the perfect spot to walk to everything in the neighborhood (and literally 2 blocks from the beach). There's a beautiful rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym on the rooftop. The place is actually nicer than the pictures, which is always a nice surprise :-) I will definitely stay here again! The condo has great amenities.

The pool was a wonderful place to cool off during the hot afternoons, and we loved lounging on the rooftop terrace in the evenings while watching the sunset. The building was very secure, which gave us peace of mind during our stay

My mother and I recently stayed for a week in a lovely vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta, and we had a fantastic time. The moment we walked into the unit, we were struck by how modern and beautifully decorated it was. The open living area was perfect for spending time together, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for our belongings. We especially loved having access to our own private balcony, which had a table and chairs where we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The condominium complex itself was also great. The pool was a wonderful place to cool off during the hot afternoons, and we loved lounging on the rooftop terrace in the evenings while watching the sunset. The building was very secure, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The location of the condominium was perfect for us, as well. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes, and the beach was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed exploring the historic streets and buildings of the romantic zone. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in one of the most beautiful destinations in Mexico this is the place.

El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes

Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.

Great location and very clean areas to lounge and relax.

Muy contento con la unidad. Muy limpia, electrodomésticos nuevos, todo está en excelentes condiciones. Muy bien ubicado, el edificio tiene vistas impresionantes de la ciudad desde la terraza / piscina. En general, estoy extremadamente feliz.
