2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

Nice place with excellent amenities in the perfect location...
I had a great experience staying in apartment 306. The location was perfect - just far enough from the noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk back. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with stunning views and many amenities. The condo's location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and markets. Despite being in the heart of everything, the condo felt like a peaceful oasis. The sunrise from the bedroom and rooftop was particularly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.

Mon séjour et mes vacances dans la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta étaient incroyables ! Le condo était moderne, confortable et super équipé avec tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour un excellent séjour. L'emplacement était parfait, j'avais tout à portée de main, la plage, les magasins, les restos, et la vie nocturne étaient tous à deux pas. L'hôte était très sympa et disponible, il m'a donné des conseils utiles et des recommandations pour les choses à voir et à faire dans la région. La terrasse sur le toit était top, j'ai adoré les vues incroyables sur la ville et l'océan, c'était l'endroit idéal pour me détendre et me relaxer. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une location de vacances géniale qui a rendu mon voyage à Puerto Vallarta inoubliable
Beautiful Condo on the 3rd floor of Zenith with a balcony and rooftop pool
I had a fantastic stay at Zenith. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight of this awesome place, offering stunning views of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. It's the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The location of the condo is unbeatable - everything you need is just a stone's throw away, including shops, grocery stores, boutiques, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. You'll never have to travel far for anything! The apartment itself is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The second bed is a pull-out couch, which is perfectly fine if you don't mind sleeping on it. The main bedroom is lovely, with its own large screen TV, full bathroom and shower, and quiet AC. I particularly enjoyed the view from the bedroom - it overlooks the mountains and gets great exposure from the morning sun. The laundry room is a great feature, and we used it multiple times as we were traveling light. The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The condo is definitely worth every penny spent. If you're planning a trip to Puerto Vallarta, look no further than Zenith. Book directly with the owner, Salvador, for a hassle-free experience.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. The pool at this property is absolutely fantastic with breathtaking views. We found both the residents and guests to be incredibly friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. One of our highlights was cooking dinner at the condo and enjoying it on the balcony while taking in the stunning surroundings. We were so impressed with our stay that we will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

My mother and I recently stayed for a week in a lovely vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta, and we had a fantastic time. The moment we walked into the unit, we were struck by how modern and beautifully decorated it was. The open living area was perfect for spending time together, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for our belongings. We especially loved having access to our own private balcony, which had a table and chairs where we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The condominium complex itself was also great. The pool was a wonderful place to cool off during the hot afternoons, and we loved lounging on the rooftop terrace in the evenings while watching the sunset. My stay at the Zenith building with an amazing rooftop in Puerto Vallarta was truly unforgettable. The ocean views from the rooftop were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a drink in hand. The location of the building couldn't be better - just a short stroll away from the beach and with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The condo itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What made my experience truly exceptional was the exceptional hospitality of the owner Salvador himself as he only hosts and manages this property -what a treat? He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay, from recommending restaurants to sharing local tips. I highly recommend him and the Zenith building as a luxurious vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. The stunning rooftop, unbeatable location, and exceptional hospitality make it a true hidden gem that I can't wait to visit again.
