2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

Increíble condominio con todas las comodidades y lo suficientemente grande para 4 personas. Pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo en la piscina en la azotea y en la playa de Los Muertos, su ubicación es muy conveniente y todo lo que necesitas está ahí cerquísima. El edificio está muy limpio, moderno, con servicio de seguridad las 24 horas. También alquilamos su lugar de estacionamiento por $10 por día, pero no lo usamos mucho ni teníamos que sacar el carro, ya que todo está a poca distancia y se puede ir a pie. Un paseo al centro esta a una corta distancia y fue muy agradable. La cocina tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y teníamos televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación con cientos de canales y acceso gratuito a Netflix y Amazon Prime. Me hubiera gustado quedarme más tiempo, nos sentimos tan relajados y felices con nuestra elección. Lo mejor fue el aire acondicionado tan silencio cuando estaba encendido y el filtrador de agua.

This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. The condo itself had all the necessary comforts, including a water filter, two full bathrooms, a safe box and 24-hour security. It was evident that the hosts had put a lot of thought into providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for their guests. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back soon. Ma femme, mon fils et moi avons récemment séjourné au Zenith à Puerto Vallarta et avons eu une expérience incroyable. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, offrant un accès facile à la plage, aux restaurants et aux magasins. Le condo était moderne, spacieux et magnifiquement décoré, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se sentir à l'aise et chez soi. Les vues depuis le balcon étaient tout simplement époustouflantes, avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle chaque soir. Le personnel du Zenith était amical, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider avec toutes les questions ou besoins. Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.

Extremely happy, We had an incredible experience staying in this unit. The apartment was immaculately clean, and everything from the appliances to the furnishings were in excellent condition. The location of the building was perfect, with stunning views of the city from the terrace and pool area. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, sunbathing in the sun and taking in the breathtaking views. The building itself is very well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
