2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA

Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

Atmosphere: The Romantic Zone has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with colorful streets and charming architecture. It's a great place to soak up the local culture and vibe. Nightlife: The Romantic Zone is known for its vibrant nightlife, with plenty of bars and clubs to choose from. It's a popular spot for locals and tourists alike to socialize and have fun. Food: The Romantic Zone is home to many excellent restaurants, offering a wide range of cuisines. You'll find everything from street food to high-end dining options in this area. LGBTQ+ friendly: The Romantic Zone is known for its LGBTQ+ friendly vibe, with many businesses and establishments catering specifically to this community. To sum up, this was an awesome spacious & luxury condo in a fantastic location and had a great vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice place with excellent amenities in the perfect location...

I had a great experience staying in apartment 306. The location was perfect - just far enough from the noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk back. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with stunning views and many amenities. The condo's location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and markets. Despite being in the heart of everything, the condo felt like a peaceful oasis. The sunrise from the bedroom and rooftop was particularly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed at the cozy Airbnb vacation rental in the Romantic Zone near Playa Muertos beach in Puerto Vallarta, it was a delightful experience. My partner and I had an amazing stay at the Zenith building in Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool and views were absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Aaron was an exceptional host and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants in town. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.

The property was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed during my stay. The on-site laundry service was very helpful as I was able to do my laundry during my stay without having to look for a nearby laundromat. The large flat-screen TV in each of the rooms was a great touch...

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience.
