2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA

Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

“Zona Romantical” The Best LGBTQ+ Neighborhood in Mexico

I loved my vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located - just 2 blocks away from the beach and close to everything. The rooftop pool was stunning and even better than in the pictures. The condo had great amenities, including a gym, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the building's policy of no visitors after 10pm, which did create a very peaceful atmosphere. However, there were plenty of LGBT-friendly clubs, bars, and restaurants nearby for those who wanted to experience the local nightlife. It's worth noting that this is a very inclusive neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta's romantic zone. It was an awesome and comfy vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone! The beautiful 1 bedroom/2-bathroom apartment (there is also a couch in the living room) is located in the perfect spot to walk to everything in the neighborhood (and literally 2 blocks from the beach). There's a beautiful rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym on the rooftop. The place is actually nicer than the pictures, which is always a nice surprise :-) I will definitely stay here again! The condo has great amenities.

L'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville de Puerto Vallarta

Ma femme, mon fils et moi avons récemment séjourné au Zenith à Puerto Vallarta et avons eu une expérience incroyable. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, offrant un accès facile à la plage, aux restaurants et aux magasins. Le condo était moderne, spacieux et magnifiquement décoré, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se sentir à l'aise et chez soi. Les vues depuis le balcon étaient tout simplement époustouflantes, avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle chaque soir. Le personnel du Zenith était amical, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider avec toutes les questions ou besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine à débordement sur le toit, qui offrait une retraite paisible et relaxante loin de l'agitation de la ville. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un moment merveilleux au Zenith et nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour luxueux et confortable à Puerto Vallarta.

I had a wonderful week in a vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. The location was great, with stunning views and a private pool. The property was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed. My mother and I recently stayed for a week in a lovely vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta, and we had a fantastic time. The moment we walked into the unit, we were struck by how modern and beautifully decorated it was. The open living area was perfect for spending time together, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for our belongings. We especially loved having access to our own private balcony, which had a table and chairs where we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The condominium complex itself was also great. The pool was a wonderful place to cool off during the hot afternoons, and we loved lounging on the rooftop terrace in the evenings while watching the sunset. The building was very secure, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The location of the condominium was perfect for us, as well. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes, and the beach was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed exploring the historic streets and buildings of the romantic zone. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in one of the most beautiful destinations in Mexico this is the place.

“Cozy 2BTH/ 1BR condo w/ Stunning Rooftop Infinity Pool& Jacuzzi ”

Increíble condominio con todas las comodidades y lo suficientemente grande para 4 personas. Pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo en la piscina en la azotea y en la playa de Los Muertos, su ubicación es muy conveniente y todo lo que necesitas está ahí cerquísima. El edificio está muy limpio, moderno, con servicio de seguridad las 24 horas. También alquilamos su lugar de estacionamiento por $10 por día, pero no lo usamos mucho ni teníamos que sacar el carro, ya que todo está a poca distancia y se puede ir a pie. Un paseo al centro esta a una corta distancia y fue muy agradable. La cocina tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y teníamos televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación con cientos de canales y acceso gratuito a Netflix y Amazon Prime. Me hubiera gustado quedarme más tiempo, nos sentimos tan relajados y felices con nuestra elección. Lo mejor fue el aire acondicionado tan silencio cuando estaba encendido y el filtrador de agua.

Nice place with excellent amenities in the perfect location...

I had a great experience staying in apartment 306. The location was perfect - just far enough from the noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk back. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with stunning views and many amenities. The condo's location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and markets. Despite being in the heart of everything, the condo felt like a peaceful oasis. The sunrise from the bedroom and rooftop was particularly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.

Charming condominium w/ Infinity Pool & Elevator

The stay was excellent in this charming condominium with an infinity pool and elevator. The condo had beautiful views and had all the necessary amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC, washer/dryer, and a huge king size bed. The location was quiet, with fantastic views and a beautiful rooftop pool. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a 4-minute walk away. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back here.
