2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA

Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

Very happy with the unit. Clean, new appliances, everything is in great condition

Extremely happy, We had an incredible experience staying in this unit. The apartment was immaculately clean, and everything from the appliances to the furnishings were in excellent condition. The location of the building was perfect, with stunning views of the city from the terrace and pool area. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, sunbathing in the sun and taking in the breathtaking views. The building itself is very well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Mon séjour au bâtiment Zenith dans la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta a été une expérience vraiment exceptionnelle. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été immédiatement attiré par le design moderne et élégant du bâtiment, et l'accueil chaleureux du personnel et du réceptionniste m'a fait sentir comme chez moi. Le condo lui-même était parfait - un véritable chez-soi loin de chez soi, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Le salon et la salle à manger à aire ouverte étaient parfaits pour recevoir, tandis que la cuisine entièrement équipée rendait la préparation des repas un jeu d'enfant. Sans aucun doute, la piscine sur le toit était l'un des points forts de mon séjour. My partner and I had an amazing stay at the Zenith building in Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool and views were absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Aaron was an exceptional host and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. La propriété était bien équipée avec toutes les commodités dont j'avais besoin pendant mon séjour. Le service de blanchisserie sur la propriété était très utile, car j'ai pu faire ma lessive pendant mon séjour sans avoir à chercher une laverie à proximité. Le grand écran plat dans chacune des chambres était une excellente touche, ce qui a rendu regarder la télévision au lit très agréable. Le balcon était un excellent espace pour s'asseoir et profiter du temps et de la vue, surtout pendant le coucher du soleil. L'appartement était décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et nouveau, ce qui le rendait très agréable. L'emplacement était très pratique, avec un accès facile aux magasins, supermarchés et restaurants. De plus, le personnel était très serviable et amical, ce qui rendait mon séjour encore plus agréable. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet appartement à louer et je le recommande vivement à toute personne cherchant un endroit confortable et moderne où séjourner à Puerto Vallarta.

Beautiful Condo on the 3rd floor of Zenith with a balcony and rooftop pool

I had a fantastic stay at Zenith. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight of this awesome place, offering stunning views of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. It's the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The location of the condo is unbeatable - everything you need is just a stone's throw away, including shops, grocery stores, boutiques, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. You'll never have to travel far for anything! The apartment itself is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The second bed is a pull-out couch, which is perfectly fine if you don't mind sleeping on it. The main bedroom is lovely, with its own large screen TV, full bathroom and shower, and quiet AC. I particularly enjoyed the view from the bedroom - it overlooks the mountains and gets great exposure from the morning sun. The laundry room is a great feature, and we used it multiple times as we were traveling light. The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The condo is definitely worth every penny spent. If you're planning a trip to Puerto Vallarta, look no further than Zenith. Book directly with the owner, Salvador, for a hassle-free experience.

I had a wonderful week in a vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. The location was great, with stunning views and a private pool. The property was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed. Nice place with excellent amenities in the perfect location...

I had a great experience staying in apartment 306. The location was perfect - just far enough from the noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk back. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with stunning views and many amenities. The condo's location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and markets. Despite being in the heart of everything, the condo felt like a peaceful oasis. The sunrise from the bedroom and rooftop was particularly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome condominium: spacious, modern, and impeccably clean

My partner and I recently stayed at this beautiful vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The condominium itself was very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and a cozy bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed. But what really made our stay memorable was the stunning pool, where we spent many hours taking in the breathtaking views and enjoying the warm ocean breeze. The building's amenities were also impressive. We made use of the swimming pool, which was a great way to cool off on hot afternoons, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to catch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. We also appreciated the building's 24-hour security, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The location of the condominium was also perfect for us. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants, cafes, and bars in the romantic zone, as well as the beach. We also enjoyed exploring the area's charming cobblestone streets, the chocolate museum and historic buildings. Our vacation experience staying in this beautiful condominium with ocean views in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta was absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in one of Mexico's most beautiful destinations.
