2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA

Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at Aaron's condo in Vallarta's Zona Romantica was fantastic! The condo had a great view of the ocean and was in a convenient location close to the Malecon and old Town. Inside, the condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home. The building had impressive amenities, such as the rooftop pool and gym, which were perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta with some friends, and it was an amazing experience. The property was well-appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Mon séjour et mes vacances dans la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta étaient incroyables ! Le condo était moderne, confortable et super équipé avec tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour un excellent séjour. L'emplacement était parfait, j'avais tout à portée de main, la plage, les magasins, les restos, et la vie nocturne étaient tous à deux pas. L'hôte était très sympa et disponible, il m'a donné des conseils utiles et des recommandations pour les choses à voir et à faire dans la région. La terrasse sur le toit était top, j'ai adoré les vues incroyables sur la ville et l'océan, c'était l'endroit idéal pour me détendre et me relaxer. The perfect rental vacation near Los Muertos Beach

The apartment was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, and had ample closet space for luggage and clothing. The location was great too! If you're seeking the best location for nightlife and action, it's just a step away. The stunning rooftop pool with beautiful views of Los Muertos Beach and the city is a definite highlight. This place is definitely worth every penny!

Beautiful Condo on the 3rd floor of Zenith with a balcony and rooftop pool

I had a fantastic stay at Zenith. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight of this awesome place, offering stunning views of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. It's the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The location of the condo is unbeatable - everything you need is just a stone's throw away, including shops, grocery stores, boutiques, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. You'll never have to travel far for anything! The apartment itself is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The second bed is a pull-out couch, which is perfectly fine if you don't mind sleeping on it. The main bedroom is lovely, with its own large screen TV, full bathroom and shower, and quiet AC. I particularly enjoyed the view from the bedroom - it overlooks the mountains and gets great exposure from the morning sun. The laundry room is a great feature, and we used it multiple times as we were traveling light. The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The condo is definitely worth every penny spent. If you're planning a trip to Puerto Vallarta, look no further than Zenith. Book directly with the owner, Salvador, for a hassle-free experience

Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool

A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.

A beautiful & Spacious Condo in Vallarta’s Romantic Zone

My stay at the Zenith building with an amazing rooftop in Puerto Vallarta was truly unforgettable. The ocean views from the rooftop were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a drink in hand. The location of the building couldn't be better - just a short stroll away from the beach and with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The condo itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What made my experience truly exceptional was the exceptional hospitality of the owner Salvador himself as he only hosts and manages this property -what a treat? He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay, from recommending restaurants to sharing local tips. I highly recommend him and the Zenith building as a luxurious vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. The stunning rooftop, unbeatable location, and exceptional hospitality make it a true hidden gem that I can't wait to visit again.
