2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA

Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

"Zona Romantica": The Best LGBTQ+ Neighborhood in Mexico

I absolutely loved my vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located, just 2 blocks away from the beach and close to everything. The rooftop pool was stunning and even better than depicted in the pictures. There were plenty of LGBT-friendly clubs and bars nearby for those who wanted to experience the local nightlife.

Mon séjour et mes vacances dans la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta étaient incroyables ! Le condo était moderne, confortable et super équipé avec tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour un excellent séjour. L'emplacement était parfait, j'avais tout à portée de main, la plage, les magasins, les restos, et la vie nocturne étaient tous à deux pas. L'hôte était très sympa et disponible, il m'a donné des conseils utiles et des recommandations pour les choses à voir et à faire dans la région. La terrasse sur le toit était top, j'ai adoré les vues incroyables sur la ville et l'océan, c'était l'endroit idéal pour me détendre et me relaxer. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une location de vacances géniale qui a rendu mon voyage à Puerto Vallarta inoubliable.

I highly recommend Aaron's condo to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta

Our stay at Aaron's condo in Vallarta's Zona Romantica was fantastic! The condo had a great view of the ocean and was in a convenient location close to the Malecon and old Town. Inside, the condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home. The building had impressive amenities, such as the rooftop pool and gym, which were perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. The condo itself had all the necessary comforts, including a water filter, two full bathrooms, a safe box and 24-hour security. It was evident that the hosts had put a lot of thought into providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for their guests.
