The bedroom

The bedroom features a comfortable and spacious new king-size bed with high-quality linens and pillows of varying firmness to suit guests' preferences. A large 4K flat-screen TV with cable or streaming services is provided, along with an in-room safe for valuables. Guests can control the room temperature using a remote control with a new, quiet air conditioner and ceiling fans with lights. Ample lighting, including bedside reading lights, sits on two stands on both sides of the bed, with power outlets for convenient device charging. Free high-speed internet access is also included. Guests can enjoy a good night's sleep with blackout curtains and shades on the room's window. Clothing storage is provided in the closet with hangers and/or drawers, and additional towels and washcloths can be found in the large drawers under the bed. The room also features two doors for privacy - one to access the first bathroom and one to access the bedroom - and a bright window with a view of the mountains. The in-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion, as well as a hairdryer.

Kitchen & dining room

This fully equipped modern kitchen comes with kitchenware, tableware, cookware, a blender, a coffee machine, a panini sandwich press grill a microwave, a full-size oven, plenty of cabinets, and an ultraviolet water purification system installed. Additionally, there is a new French double-door large refrigerator with an ice maker and quiet air conditioner with remote control. The kitchen also features a beautiful marble countertop with 2 high-top bar chairs that can also serve as a workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi. The dining table has 4 chairs. The walls are decorated with beautiful Mexican paintings and art.

The bathrooms

The apartment features two private bathrooms, each equipped with a marble vanity top, sink, cabinet, close-coupled toilet, shower with closing shower doors, and a frameless wall-mounted mirror with LED lighting. Additionally, guests can find gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided, along with bath and hand towels and washcloths. Extra towels can be found in the bedroom’s drawers. A bathmat, hairdryer, weight scale and magnifying mirror are also provided for guests' convenience.

The living room & balcony

This comfortable living room features a cozy sofa bed that's perfect for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. A large 4K flat-screen TV is integrated on a stand mount table, providing entertainment for those who want to unwind after a long day. The space is well-lit with plenty of natural light and additional lighting fixtures. Beautiful paintings adorn the walls, adding a touch of style and personality to the room. Guests can stay connected with high-speed WiFi, making it easy to stay in touch with loved ones or get some work done while away from home. The decor is modern and inviting, with tasteful accents that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for guests to have a comfortable and convenient stay. The provision of hand lotion shampoo, conditioner, and soap, along with towels and washcloths, means that guests won't need to worry about packing these items themselves. The bathmat, hairdryer, weight scale and magnifying mirror are thoughtful touches that can make a big difference in guests' overall experience. The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen, creating more space. This living room boasts a picturesque view of the street and mountains from the balcony. The balcony has chairs and a coffee table, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful scenery of the heart of the bustling neighborhood of the Romantic Zone. Please note that while our apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, we prefer a maximum of 2 guests to ensure maximum comfort. The sofa bed, like all sofa beds, may not be as comfortable as the bed, and we would like to avoid any misunderstandings regarding its low level of comfort

The laundry room

The apartment has a small laundry room that features a washer and dryer all in one unit, with the dryer located on top of the washer. The room also has shelves for storing laundry essentials, as well as space for an ironing board and cleaning tools.

Condo entrance door

The keys to the condo will be provided to you by your host Salvador or his assistant. The entrance door to the condo leads to a long corridor that runs alongside the bedroom and bathroom and opens up to the living room. If you require any assistance or have concerns during your stay, please contact your host. They will be happy to help you with anything you need

The building

This new luxurious building is located in the heart of the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta only 3 blocks from the beach. The lobby is elegant and sophisticated, with a unique water wall feature that creates a calm atmosphere. The building has advanced security measures, including surveillance cameras actively recording, but individual units are camera-free to ensure privacy. The building is staffed 24/7 for assistance and maintenance, and an elevator provides easy access to all levels. Overall, the Zenith offers luxury, security, and tranquility to its residents.

The neighborhood

The Zenith building in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone offers the perfect location for a beach vacation with easy access to shops, boutiques, pharmacies, cafes, art galleries, grocery stores, restaurants, a farmers’ market, and nightlife. It’s also within walking distance of the Cuale Island Flea Market and the famous Malecon boardwalk. The building is only three blocks from the beach, the area is LGBT-friendly, and it's conveniently located just 6 miles from the airport.

Parking, storage, and transportation

For tenants who wish to stay longer, we also have a secure underground private parking spot and storage that can be arranged at an affordable extra cost. There are several types of public transportation available in Puerto Vallarta, including buses, taxis, Uber, water taxis, and rental cars/scooters. Each option offers a different way to explore the city and surrounding areas, with varying costs and levels of convenience.
