Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.

The pool at this property is absolutely fantastic with breathtaking views. We found both the residents and guests to be incredibly friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. One of our highlights was cooking dinner at the condo and enjoying it on the balcony while taking in the stunning surroundings. We were so impressed with our stay that we will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
“Zona Romantical” The Best LGBTQ+ Neighborhood in Mexico
I loved my vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located - just 2 blocks away from the beach and close to everything. The rooftop pool was stunning and even better than in the pictures. The condo had great amenities, including a gym, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the building's policy of no visitors after 10pm, which did create a very peaceful atmosphere. However, there were plenty of LGBT-friendly clubs, bars, and restaurants nearby for those who wanted to experience the local nightlife. It's worth noting that this is a very inclusive neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta's romantic zone. It was an awesome and comfy vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone! The beautiful 1 bedroom/2-bathroom apartment (there is also a couch in the living room) is located in the perfect spot to walk to everything in the neighborhood (and literally 2 blocks from the beach). There's a beautiful rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym on the rooftop. The place is actually nicer than the pictures, which is always a nice surprise :-) I will definitely stay here again! The condo has great amenities.

This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. The condo itself had all the necessary comforts, including a water filter, two full bathrooms, a safe box and 24-hour security. It was evident that the hosts had put a lot of thought into providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for their guests. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back soon. Ma femme, mon fils et moi avons récemment séjourné au Zenith à Puerto Vallarta et avons eu une expérience incroyable. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, offrant un accès facile à la plage, aux restaurants et aux magasins. Le condo était moderne, spacieux et magnifiquement décoré, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se sentir à l'aise et chez soi. Les vues depuis le balcon étaient tout simplement époustouflantes, avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle chaque soir. Le personnel du Zenith était amical, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider avec toutes les questions ou besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine à débordement sur le toit, qui offrait une retraite paisible et relaxante loin de l'agitation de la ville. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un moment merveilleux au Zenith et nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour luxueux et confortable à Puerto Vallarta.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything, and the cleanliness of the place was truly impressive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop pool which offered an amazing view of the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the Malecon and the beach. The only downside was that we couldn't extend our stay as the rental was fully booked. I must commend the host for his exceptional hospitality. He was always available and responsive whenever we needed anything, making us feel welcomed and ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend this condo vacation rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. Increíble condominio con todas las comodidades y lo suficientemente grande para 4 personas. Pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo en la piscina en la azotea y en la playa de Los Muertos, su ubicación es muy conveniente y todo lo que necesitas está ahí cerquísima. El edificio está muy limpio, moderno, con servicio de seguridad las 24 horas. También alquilamos su lugar de estacionamiento por $10 por día, pero no lo usamos mucho ni teníamos que sacar el carro, ya que todo está a poca distancia y se puede ir a pie. Un paseo al centro esta a una corta distancia y fue muy agradable. La cocina tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y teníamos televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación con cientos de canales y acceso gratuito a Netflix y Amazon Prime. Me hubiera gustado quedarme más tiempo, nos sentimos tan relajados y felices con nuestra elección. Lo mejor fue el aire acondicionado tan silencio cuando estaba encendido y el filtrador de agua.
Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.
The pool was a wonderful place to cool off during the hot afternoons, and we loved lounging on the rooftop terrace in the evenings while watching the sunset. The building was very secure, which gave us peace of mind during our stay

We especially loved having access to our own private balcony, which had a table and chairs where we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The condominium complex itself was also great. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes, and the beach was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed exploring the historic streets and buildings of the romantic zone. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in one of the most beautiful destinations in Mexico this is the place.
