Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. If you're looking for quality and quantity, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Puerto Vallarta.
Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.
Super Condo with Stunning Infinity Pool
My partner and I had a wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta. It’s close enough to the town center, Malecon and local beaches to walk to very easily, with little to no noise of the town center. The condo's location is perfect - it's close enough to the plaza, the Malecon, and local beaches to walk to easily, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with any noise from the town center. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning infinity pool. We spent many afternoons lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and taking in the breathtaking views. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the city. The condo itself was super comfortable with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The king bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We also appreciated the air conditioning, which kept the condo cool and comfortable during the hot days. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire visit. We had a wonderful stay in this condo with a stunning infinity pool. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

My stay at the Zenith building with an amazing rooftop in Puerto Vallarta was truly unforgettable. The ocean views from the rooftop were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a drink in hand. The location of the building couldn't be better - just a short stroll away from the beach and with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The condo itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What made my experience truly exceptional was the exceptional hospitality of the owner Salvador himself as he only hosts and manages this property -what a treat? He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay, from recommending restaurants to sharing local tips. I highly recommend him and the Zenith building as a luxurious vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. The stunning rooftop, unbeatable location, and exceptional hospitality make it a true hidden gem that I can't wait to visit again.

Mon séjour au bâtiment Zenith dans la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta a été une expérience vraiment exceptionnelle. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été immédiatement attiré par le design moderne et élégant du bâtiment, et l'accueil chaleureux du personnel et du réceptionniste m'a fait sentir comme chez moi. Le condo lui-même était parfait - un véritable chez-soi loin de chez soi, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Le salon et la salle à manger à aire ouverte étaient parfaits pour recevoir, tandis que la cuisine entièrement équipée rendait la préparation des repas un jeu d'enfant. Sans aucun doute, la piscine sur le toit était l'un des points forts de mon séjour. Les vues à couper le souffle sur la ville et l'océan, ainsi que le bain à remous et le centre de fitness, ont fourni une détente et une récréation indispensables pendant mes vacances. J'ai pu bronzer et me sentir complètement en sécurité tout en profitant du patio sur le toit près de la piscine. This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. The condo itself had all the necessary comforts, including a water filter, two full bathrooms, a safe box and 24-hour security. It was evident that the hosts had put a lot of thought into providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for their guests. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay so enjoyable!
2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!
