Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.

The location was perfect - just a short walk from the beach and great restaurants. The highlight of our stay was absolutely the beautiful rooftop pool and jacuzzi, which offered stunning views of the ocean and city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and memorable vacation in Puerto Vallarta!
2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

My partner and I recently stayed at this beautiful vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The condominium itself was very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and a cozy bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed. But what really made our stay memorable was the stunning pool, where we spent many hours taking in the breathtaking views and enjoying the warm ocean breeze. The building's amenities were also impressive. We made use of the swimming pool, which was a great way to cool off on hot afternoons, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to catch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. We also appreciated the building's 24-hour security, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The location of the condominium was also perfect for us. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants, cafes, and bars in the romantic zone, as well as the beach. We also enjoyed exploring the area's charming cobblestone streets, the chocolate museum and historic buildings. Our vacation experience staying in this beautiful condominium with ocean views in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta was absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in one of Mexico's most beautiful destinations.

This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. The condo itself had all the necessary comforts, including a water filter, two full bathrooms, a safe box and 24-hour security. It was evident that the hosts had put a lot of thought into providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for their guests. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay so enjoyable!

The ocean views from the rooftop were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a drink in hand. The location of the building couldn't be better - just a short stroll away from the beach and with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The condo itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What made my experience truly exceptional was the exceptional hospitality of the owner Salvador himself as he only hosts and manages this property -what a treat? He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay, from recommending restaurants to sharing local tips. I highly recommend him and the Zenith building as a luxurious vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. La propriété était bien équipée avec toutes les commodités dont j'avais besoin pendant mon séjour. Le service de blanchisserie sur la propriété était très utile, car j'ai pu faire ma lessive pendant mon séjour sans avoir à chercher une laverie à proximité. Le grand écran plat dans chacune des chambres était une excellente touche, ce qui a rendu regarder la télévision au lit très agréable. Le balcon était un excellent espace pour s'asseoir et profiter du temps et de la vue, surtout pendant le coucher du soleil. L'appartement était décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et nouveau, ce qui le rendait très agréable. L'emplacement était très pratique, avec un accès facile aux magasins, supermarchés et restaurants. De plus, le personnel était très serviable et amical, ce qui rendait mon séjour encore plus agréable. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet appartement à louer et je le recommande vivement à toute personne cherchant un endroit confortable et moderne où séjourner à Puerto Vallarta.
Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.
