Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.

2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

My mother and I recently stayed for a week in a lovely vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta, and we had a fantastic time. The moment we walked into the unit, we were struck by how modern and beautifully decorated it was. The open living area was perfect for spending time together, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for our belongings. We especially loved having access to our own private balcony, which had a table and chairs where we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The condominium complex itself was also great. The pool was a wonderful place to cool off during the hot afternoons, and we loved lounging on the rooftop terrace in the evenings while watching the sunset. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes, and the beach was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed exploring the historic streets and buildings of the romantic zone. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in one of the most beautiful destinations in Mexico this is the place.

The apartment was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, and had ample closet space for luggage and clothing. The location was great too! If you're seeking the best location for nightlife and action, it's just a step away. The stunning rooftop pool with beautiful views of Los Muertos Beach and the city is a definite highlight. My partner and I recently stayed at this beautiful vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and a cozy bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed. But what really made our stay memorable was the stunning pool, where we spent many hours taking in the breathtaking views and enjoying the warm ocean breeze. The building's amenities were also impressive. We made use of the swimming pool, which was a great way to cool off on hot afternoons, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to catch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. Ma femme, mon fils et moi avons récemment séjourné au Zenith à Puerto Vallarta et avons eu une expérience incroyable. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, offrant un accès facile à la plage, aux restaurants et aux magasins. Le condo était moderne, spacieux et magnifiquement décoré, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se sentir à l'aise et chez soi. Les vues depuis le balcon étaient tout simplement époustouflantes, avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle chaque soir. Le personnel du Zenith était amical, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider avec toutes les questions ou besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine à débordement sur le toit, qui offrait une retraite paisible et relaxante loin de l'agitation de la ville. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un moment merveilleux au Zenith et nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour luxueux et confortable à Puerto Vallarta.

The pool at this property is absolutely fantastic with breathtaking views. We found both the residents and guests to be incredibly friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. One of our highlights was cooking dinner at the condo and enjoying it on the balcony while taking in the stunning surroundings. We were so impressed with our stay that we will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
“Zona Romantical” The Best LGBTQ+ Neighborhood in Mexico
I loved my vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located - just 2 blocks away from the beach and close to everything. The rooftop pool was stunning and even better than in the pictures. The condo had great amenities, including a gym, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the building's policy of no visitors after 10pm, which did create a very peaceful atmosphere. However, there were plenty of LGBT-friendly clubs, bars, and restaurants nearby for those who wanted to experience the local nightlife. It's worth noting that this is a very inclusive neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta's romantic zone. It was an awesome and comfy vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone! The beautiful 1 bedroom/2-bathroom apartment (there is also a couch in the living room) is located in the perfect spot to walk to everything in the neighborhood (and literally 2 blocks from the beach). There's a beautiful rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym on the rooftop. The place is actually nicer than the pictures, which is always a nice surprise :-) I will definitely stay here again! The condo has great amenities.
