Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.

I had a great experience staying in apartment 306. The location was perfect - just far enough from the noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk back. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with stunning views and many amenities. The condo's location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and markets. Despite being in the heart of everything, the condo felt like a peaceful oasis. The sunrise from the bedroom and rooftop was particularly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Aaron's condo in Vallarta's Zona Romantica was fantastic! The condo had a great view of the ocean and was in a convenient location close to the Malecon and old Town. The building had impressive amenities, such as the rooftop pool and gym, which were perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Aaron was an exceptional host who provided us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. La propriété était bien équipée avec toutes les commodités dont j'avais besoin pendant mon séjour. Le service de blanchisserie sur la propriété était très utile, car j'ai pu faire ma lessive pendant mon séjour sans avoir à chercher une laverie à proximité. Le grand écran plat dans chacune des chambres était une excellente touche, ce qui a rendu regarder la télévision au lit très agréable. Le balcon était un excellent espace pour s'asseoir et profiter du temps et de la vue, surtout pendant le coucher du soleil. L'appartement était décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et nouveau, ce qui le rendait très agréable. L'emplacement était très pratique, avec un accès facile aux magasins, supermarchés et restaurants. De plus, le personnel était très serviable et amical, ce qui rendait mon séjour encore plus agréable. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet appartement à louer et je le recommande vivement à toute personne cherchant un endroit confortable et moderne où séjourner à Puerto Vallarta.

Extremely happy, We had an incredible experience staying in this unit. The apartment was immaculately clean, and everything from the appliances to the furnishings were in excellent condition. The location of the building was perfect, with stunning views of the city from the terrace and pool area. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, sunbathing in the sun and taking in the breathtaking views. The building itself is very well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had a fantastic stay at Zenith. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight of this awesome place, offering stunning views of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. It's the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The location of the condo is unbeatable - everything you need is just a stone's throw away, including shops, grocery stores, boutiques, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. You'll never have to travel far for anything! The apartment itself is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The second bed is a pull-out couch, which is perfectly fine if you don't mind sleeping on it. The main bedroom is lovely, with its own large screen TV, full bathroom and shower, and quiet AC. I particularly enjoyed the view from the bedroom - it overlooks the mountains and gets great exposure from the morning sun. The laundry room is a great feature, and we used it multiple times as we were traveling light. The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.

This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. We will definitely be back soon.
