Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.

Nice place with excellent amenities in the perfect location...
I had a great experience staying in apartment 306. The location was perfect - just far enough from the noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk back. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with stunning views and many amenities. The condo's location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and markets. Despite being in the heart of everything, the condo felt like a peaceful oasis. The sunrise from the bedroom and rooftop was particularly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.
Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.

I stumbled upon this cozy Airbnb vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta, and it turned out to be a true hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. The rental was super modern, cute, and incredibly comfortable, and the rooftop offered some of the most stunning views I've ever seen of the city, mountains, and ocean. The location was perfect too, as I was able to easily access all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in the area. One thing I would definitely recommend is booking directly through the owner. I did this and was able to save 22% commission, which was amazing! Plus, the owner, Salvador, was always available for advice and tips on the area, which made me feel like I was being treated like a friend rather than just another guest. All in all, this was a fantastic vacation rental that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta.

This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. We will definitely be back soon.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. If you're looking for quality and quantity, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été immédiatement attiré par le design moderne et élégant du bâtiment, et l'accueil chaleureux du personnel et du réceptionniste m'a fait sentir comme chez moi. Le condo lui-même était parfait - un véritable chez-soi loin de chez soi, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Le salon et la salle à manger à aire ouverte étaient parfaits pour recevoir, tandis que la cuisine entièrement équipée rendait la préparation des repas un jeu d'enfant. Sans aucun doute, la piscine sur le toit était l'un des points forts de mon séjour. Ma femme, mon fils et moi avons récemment séjourné au Zenith à Puerto Vallarta et avons eu une expérience incroyable. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, offrant un accès facile à la plage, aux restaurants et aux magasins. Le condo était moderne, spacieux et magnifiquement décoré, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se sentir à l'aise et chez soi. Les vues depuis le balcon étaient tout simplement époustouflantes, avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle chaque soir. Le personnel du Zenith était amical, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider avec toutes les questions ou besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine à débordement sur le toit, qui offrait une retraite paisible et relaxante loin de l'agitation de la ville. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un moment merveilleux au Zenith et nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour luxueux et confortable à Puerto Vallarta.
