Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.

Charming condominium with Spectacular Rooftop Poll
The stay was excellent in this charming condominium with an infinity pool and elevator. The condo had beautiful views and had all the necessary amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC, washer/dryer, and a huge king size bed. The location was quiet, with fantastic views and a beautiful rooftop pool!. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a 4-minute walk away. I stumbled upon this cozy Airbnb vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta, and it turned out to be a true hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. The rental was super modern, cute, and incredibly comfortable, and the rooftop offered some of the most stunning views I've ever seen of the city, mountains, and ocean. The location was perfect too, as I was able to easily access all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in the area. One thing I would definitely recommend is booking directly through the owner. I did this and was able to save 22% commission, which was amazing! Plus, the owner, Salvador, was always available for advice and tips on the area, which made me feel like I was being treated like a friend rather than just another guest. All in all, this was a fantastic vacation rental that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta.
Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.
2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

“Zona Romantical” The Best LGBTQ+ Neighborhood in Mexico
I loved my vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located - just 2 blocks away from the beach and close to everything. The rooftop pool was stunning and even better than in the pictures. The condo had great amenities, including a gym, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the building's policy of no visitors after 10pm, which did create a very peaceful atmosphere. However, there were plenty of LGBT-friendly clubs, bars, and restaurants nearby for those who wanted to experience the local nightlife. It's worth noting that this is a very inclusive neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta's romantic zone. It was an awesome and comfy vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone! The beautiful 1 bedroom/2-bathroom apartment (there is also a couch in the living room) is located in the perfect spot to walk to everything in the neighborhood (and literally 2 blocks from the beach). There's a beautiful rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym on the rooftop. The place is actually nicer than the pictures, which is always a nice surprise :-) I will definitely stay here again! The condo has great amenities.

Mon séjour et mes vacances dans la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta étaient incroyables ! Le condo était moderne, confortable et super équipé avec tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour un excellent séjour. L'emplacement était parfait, j'avais tout à portée de main, la plage, les magasins, les restos, et la vie nocturne étaient tous à deux pas. L'hôte était très sympa et disponible, il m'a donné des conseils utiles et des recommandations pour les choses à voir et à faire dans la région. La terrasse sur le toit était top, j'ai adoré les vues incroyables sur la ville et l'océan, c'était l'endroit idéal pour me détendre et me relaxer. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une location de vacances géniale qui a rendu mon voyage à Puerto Vallarta inoubliable.
