I had a great experience staying in apartment 306. The location was perfect - just far enough from the noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk back. Despite being in the heart of everything, the condo felt like a peaceful oasis. The sunrise from the bedroom and rooftop was particularly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. L'emplacement était parfait, j'avais tout à portée de main, la plage, les magasins, les restos, et la vie nocturne étaient tous à deux pas. L'hôte était très sympa et disponible, il m'a donné des conseils utiles et des recommandations pour les choses à voir et à faire dans la région. La terrasse sur le toit était top, j'ai adoré les vues incroyables sur la ville et l'océan, c'était l'endroit idéal pour me détendre et me relaxer. My partner and I had a wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta. It’s close enough to the town center, Malecon and local beaches to walk to very easily, with little to no noise of the town center. The condo's location is perfect - it's close enough to the plaza, the Malecon, and local beaches to walk to easily, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with any noise from the town center. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning infinity pool. We spent many afternoons lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and taking in the breathtaking views. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the city. The condo itself was super comfortable with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The king bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We also appreciated the air conditioning, which kept the condo cool and comfortable during the hot days. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire visit. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything, and the cleanliness of the place was truly impressive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop pool which offered an amazing view of the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the Malecon and the beach. The only downside was that we couldn't extend our stay as the rental was fully booked. I must commend the host for his exceptional hospitality. He was always available and responsive whenever we needed anything, making us feel welcomed and ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible.
