Nice place with excellent amenities in the perfect location...
I had a great experience staying in apartment 306. The location was perfect - just far enough from the noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk back. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with stunning views and many amenities. The condo's location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and markets. Despite being in the heart of everything, the condo felt like a peaceful oasis. The sunrise from the bedroom and rooftop was particularly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.

The pool at this property is absolutely fantastic with breathtaking views. We found both the residents and guests to be incredibly friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. One of our highlights was cooking dinner at the condo and enjoying it on the balcony while taking in the stunning surroundings. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything, and the cleanliness of the place was truly impressive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop pool which offered an amazing view of the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the Malecon and the beach. The only downside was that we couldn't extend our stay as the rental was fully booked. I must commend the host for his exceptional hospitality. He was always available and responsive whenever we needed anything, making us feel welcomed and ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. My partner and I recently stayed at this beautiful vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The condominium itself was very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and a cozy bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed. But what really made our stay memorable was the stunning pool, where we spent many hours taking in the breathtaking views and enjoying the warm ocean breeze. The building's amenities were also impressive. We made use of the swimming pool, which was a great way to cool off on hot afternoons, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to catch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. We also appreciated the building's 24-hour security, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The location of the condominium was also perfect for us. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants, cafes, and bars in the romantic zone, as well as the beach. We also enjoyed exploring the area's charming cobblestone streets, the chocolate museum and historic buildings. Our vacation experience staying in this beautiful condominium with ocean views in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta was absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in one of Mexico's most beautiful destinations.

The place was truly amazing - it was spacious, beautiful, and had breathtaking views! The friendly neighbors, host, and building front desk staff made the experience even better. With its convenient location close to convenience stores, restaurants, and Malecon, this place had everything we needed. I cannot wait to return!

Increíble condominio con todas las comodidades y lo suficientemente grande para 4 personas. Pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo en la piscina en la azotea y en la playa de Los Muertos, su ubicación es muy conveniente y todo lo que necesitas está ahí cerquísima. El edificio está muy limpio, moderno, con servicio de seguridad las 24 horas. También alquilamos su lugar de estacionamiento por $10 por día, pero no lo usamos mucho ni teníamos que sacar el carro, ya que todo está a poca distancia y se puede ir a pie. Un paseo al centro esta a una corta distancia y fue muy agradable. La cocina tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y teníamos televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación con cientos de canales y acceso gratuito a Netflix y Amazon Prime. Me hubiera gustado quedarme más tiempo, nos sentimos tan relajados y felices con nuestra elección. Lo mejor fue el aire acondicionado tan silencio cuando estaba encendido y el filtrador de agua.
Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.
