Awesome condominium: spacious, modern, and impeccably clean
My partner and I recently stayed at this beautiful vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The condominium itself was very spacious and impeccably clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful Condo on the 3rd floor of Zenith with a balcony and rooftop pool
I had a fantastic stay at Zenith. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight of this awesome place, offering stunning views of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. It's the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The location of the condo is unbeatable - everything you need is just a stone's throw away, including shops, grocery stores, boutiques, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. You'll never have to travel far for anything! The apartment itself is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The second bed is a pull-out couch, which is perfectly fine if you don't mind sleeping on it. The main bedroom is lovely, with its own large screen TV, full bathroom and shower, and quiet AC. I particularly enjoyed the view from the bedroom - it overlooks the mountains and gets great exposure from the morning sun. The laundry room is a great feature, and we used it multiple times as we were traveling light. The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony, taking in the beautiful views of the ocean and the surrounding area. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of room for all of us to relax and unwind. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals and save money on dining out. The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive, providing us with recommendations for things to do and see in the area, as well as making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This condominium has a rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and gym. The pool was crystal clear and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. We spent many afternoons lounging on the pool deck, soaking up the sun and enjoying the warm weather. The jacuzzi was also a great place to relax, especially in the evenings. Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.
2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

Zenith is a fantastic place to stay in downtown, with a spectacular rooftop view, excellent location, and top-notch communication from the host. The condo is clean and well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool is a definite highlight, offering stunning views of the city and surroundings. The host is wonderful and goes out of his way to make sure you have the best possible experience during your stay. The condo is super clean and beautiful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable vacation. Overall, I can't recommend the Zenith enough - it's the best place to stay in PV ! I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about it. It's absolutely worth it, and I can't wait to come back for another stay.
Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.

The condo's location is perfect - it's close enough to the plaza, the Malecon, and local beaches to walk to easily, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with any noise from the town center. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning infinity pool. We spent many afternoons lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and taking in the breathtaking views. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the city. The condo itself was super comfortable with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The king bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We also appreciated the air conditioning, which kept the condo cool and comfortable during the hot days. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire visit. We had a wonderful stay in this condo with a stunning infinity pool. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

My stay at the Zenith building with an amazing rooftop in Puerto Vallarta was truly unforgettable. The ocean views from the rooftop were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a drink in hand. The location of the building couldn't be better - just a short stroll away from the beach and with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The condo itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What made my experience truly exceptional was the exceptional hospitality of the owner Salvador himself as he only hosts and manages this property -what a treat? He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay, from recommending restaurants to sharing local tips. I highly recommend him and the Zenith building as a luxurious vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. The stunning rooftop, unbeatable location, and exceptional hospitality make it a true hidden gem that I can't wait to visit again.
