The pool at this property is absolutely fantastic with breathtaking views. We found both the residents and guests to be incredibly friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. One of our highlights was cooking dinner at the condo and enjoying it on the balcony while taking in the stunning surroundings. We were so impressed with our stay that we will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. We will definitely be back soon.
“Zona Romantical” The Best LGBTQ+ Neighborhood in Mexico
I loved my vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located - just 2 blocks away from the beach and close to everything. The rooftop pool was stunning and even better than in the pictures. The condo had great amenities, including a gym, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the building's policy of no visitors after 10pm, which did create a very peaceful atmosphere. However, there were plenty of LGBT-friendly clubs, bars, and restaurants nearby for those who wanted to experience the local nightlife. It's worth noting that this is a very inclusive neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta's romantic zone. It was an awesome and comfy vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone! The beautiful 1 bedroom/2-bathroom apartment (there is also a couch in the living room) is located in the perfect spot to walk to everything in the neighborhood (and literally 2 blocks from the beach). There's a beautiful rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym on the rooftop. The place is actually nicer than the pictures, which is always a nice surprise :-) I will definitely stay here again! The condo has great amenities.

Our stay at Aaron's condo in Vallarta's Zona Romantica was fantastic! The condo had a great view of the ocean and was in a convenient location close to the Malecon and old Town. Inside, the condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home. The building had impressive amenities, such as the rooftop pool and gym, which were perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Aaron was an exceptional host who provided us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. His attention to detail and hospitality made us feel truly welcome and ensured that we had a memorable vacation experience. My mother and I recently stayed for a week in a lovely vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta, and we had a fantastic time. The moment we walked into the unit, we were struck by how modern and beautifully decorated it was. The open living area was perfect for spending time together, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for our belongings. We especially loved having access to our own private balcony, which had a table and chairs where we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The condominium complex itself was also great. The pool was a wonderful place to cool off during the hot afternoons, and we loved lounging on the rooftop terrace in the evenings while watching the sunset. The building was very secure, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The location of the condominium was perfect for us, as well. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes, and the beach was just a short walk away. I had a great experience staying in apartment 306. The location was perfect - just far enough from the noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk back. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with stunning views and many amenities. The condo's location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and markets. Despite being in the heart of everything, the condo felt like a peaceful oasis. The sunrise from the bedroom and rooftop was particularly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.
2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

Mon séjour au bâtiment Zenith dans la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta a été une expérience vraiment exceptionnelle. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été immédiatement attiré par le design moderne et élégant du bâtiment, et l'accueil chaleureux du personnel et du réceptionniste m'a fait sentir comme chez moi. Le condo lui-même était parfait - un véritable chez-soi loin de chez soi, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Le salon et la salle à manger à aire ouverte étaient parfaits pour recevoir, tandis que la cuisine entièrement équipée rendait la préparation des repas un jeu d'enfant. Sans aucun doute, la piscine sur le toit était l'un des points forts de mon séjour. Les vues à couper le souffle sur la ville et l'océan, ainsi que le bain à remous et le centre de fitness, ont fourni une détente et une récréation indispensables pendant mes vacances. J'ai pu bronzer et me sentir complètement en sécurité tout en profitant du patio sur le toit près de la piscine. Dans l'ensemble, ma location de vacances d'une semaine au bâtiment Zenith dans la zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta a dépassé mes attentes. Je recommande vivement ce condo incroyable à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit de vacances frais et convivial à Puerto Vallarta.
