With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. The rooftop pool and views were absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Aaron was an exceptional host and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants in town. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta.
Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.

Le condo lui-même était parfait - un véritable chez-soi loin de chez soi, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Le salon et la salle à manger à aire ouverte étaient parfaits pour recevoir, tandis que la cuisine entièrement équipée rendait la préparation des repas un jeu d'enfant.
