This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. If you're looking for quality and quantity, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Puerto Vallarta.
Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.

The location of the building was perfect, with stunning views of the city from the terrace and pool area. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, sunbathing in the sun and taking in the breathtaking views. Le service de blanchisserie sur la propriété était très utile, car j'ai pu faire ma lessive pendant mon séjour sans avoir à chercher une laverie à proximité. Le grand écran plat dans chacune des chambres était une excellente touche, ce qui a rendu regarder la télévision au lit très agréable. Le balcon était un excellent espace pour s'asseoir et profiter du temps et de la vue, surtout pendant le coucher du soleil. L'appartement était décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et nouveau, ce qui le rendait très agréable. L'emplacement était très pratique, avec un accès facile aux magasins, supermarchés et restaurants. De plus, le personnel était très serviable et amical, ce qui rendait mon séjour encore plus agréable. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet appartement à louer et je le recommande vivement à toute personne cherchant un endroit confortable et moderne où séjourner à Puerto Vallarta.

Este condominio es un excelente lugar para alojarse con hermosas vistas de la bahía de Banderas y la playa desde la azotea. El aire acondicionado es silencioso a diferencia de otros condominios donde nos alojamos antes. El jacuzzi, el gimnasio y el patio del asado son una gran ventaja. El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with a large king-size bed that was perfect for getting a good night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware we needed to prepare our own meals, which was a huge plus for us. This condominium has a rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and gym. The pool was crystal clear and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. We spent many afternoons lounging on the pool deck, soaking up the sun and enjoying the warm weather. The jacuzzi was also a great place to relax, especially in the evenings when the stars were out. We loved sitting in the warm water and gazing up at the night sky. We would highly recommend this condominium to anyone looking for a vacation rental with top-notch amenities. The bedroom and kitchen were great, and the rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and gym really set it apart and made our stay truly unforgettable.

My stay at the Zenith building with an amazing rooftop in Puerto Vallarta was truly unforgettable. The ocean views from the rooftop were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a drink in hand. The location of the building couldn't be better - just a short stroll away from the beach , Malecon and attractions nearby.
