This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. The condo itself had all the necessary comforts, including a water filter, two full bathrooms, a safe box and 24-hour security. It was evident that the hosts had put a lot of thought into providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for their guests. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back soon. This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. Le service de blanchisserie sur la propriété était très utile, car j'ai pu faire ma lessive pendant mon séjour sans avoir à chercher une laverie à proximité. Le grand écran plat dans chacune des chambres était une excellente touche, ce qui a rendu regarder la télévision au lit très agréable. Le balcon était un excellent espace pour s'asseoir et profiter du temps et de la vue, surtout pendant le coucher du soleil. L'appartement était décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et nouveau, ce qui le rendait très agréable. L'emplacement était très pratique, avec un accès facile aux magasins, supermarchés et restaurants. De plus, le personnel était très serviable et amical, ce qui rendait mon séjour encore plus agréable. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet appartement à louer et je le recommande vivement à toute personne cherchant un endroit confortable et moderne où séjourner à Puerto Vallarta.

I absolutely loved my vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located, just 2 blocks away from the beach and close to everything. The rooftop pool was stunning and even better than depicted in the pictures. There were plenty of LGBT-friendly clubs and bars nearby for those who wanted to experience the local nightlife.

I stumbled upon this cozy Airbnb vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta, and it turned out to be a true hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. The rental was super modern, cute, and incredibly comfortable, and the rooftop offered some of the most stunning views I've ever seen of the city, mountains, and ocean. The location was perfect too, as I was able to easily access all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in the area. One thing I would definitely recommend is booking directly through the owner. I did this and was able to save 22% commission, which was amazing! Plus, the owner, Salvador, was always available for advice and tips on the area, which made me feel like I was being treated like a friend rather than just another guest. All in all, this was a fantastic vacation rental that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta.

I had a great experience staying in apartment 306. The location was perfect - just far enough from the noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk back. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with stunning views and many amenities. The condo's location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and markets. Despite being in the heart of everything, the condo felt like a peaceful oasis. The sunrise from the bedroom and rooftop was particularly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.
