This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. If you're looking for quality and quantity, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Puerto Vallarta.

A beautiful & Spacious Condo in Vallarta’s Romantic Zone

My stay at the Zenith building with an amazing rooftop in Puerto Vallarta was truly unforgettable. The ocean views from the rooftop were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a drink in hand. The location of the building couldn't be better - just a short stroll away from the beach and with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The condo itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What made my experience truly exceptional was the exceptional hospitality of the owner Salvador himself as he only hosts and manages this property -what a treat? He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay, from recommending restaurants to sharing local tips. I highly recommend him and the Zenith building as a luxurious vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. The stunning rooftop, unbeatable location, and exceptional hospitality make it a true hidden gem that I can't wait to visit again

Charming condominium w/ Infinity Pool & Elevator

The stay was excellent in this charming condominium with an infinity pool and elevator. The condo had beautiful views and had all the necessary amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC, washer/dryer, and a huge king size bed. The location was quiet, with fantastic views and a beautiful rooftop pool. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a 4-minute walk away. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back here. Extremely happy, We had an incredible experience staying in this unit. The apartment was immaculately clean, and everything from the appliances to the furnishings were in excellent condition. The location of the building was perfect, with stunning views of the city from the terrace and pool area. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, sunbathing in the sun and taking in the breathtaking views. The building itself is very well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My mother and I recently stayed for a week in a lovely vacation rental condominium in the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta, and we had a fantastic time. The moment we walked into the unit, we were struck by how modern and beautifully decorated it was. The open living area was perfect for spending time together, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for our belongings. We especially loved having access to our own private balcony, which had a table and chairs where we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The condominium complex itself was also great. The pool was a wonderful place to cool off during the hot afternoons, and we loved lounging on the rooftop terrace in the evenings while watching the sunset. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes, and the beach was just a short walk away. Cozy Condo, amazing location with Stunning Infinity Pool

Zenith is a fantastic place to stay in downtown, with a spectacular rooftop view, excellent location, and top-notch communication from the host. The condo is clean and well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool is a definite highlight, offering stunning views of the city and surroundings. The host is wonderful and goes out of his way to make sure you have the best possible experience during your stay. Overall, I can't recommend the Zenith enough - it's the best place to stay in PV ! I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about it. The perfect rental vacation near Los Muertos Beach

The apartment was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, and had ample closet space for luggage and clothing. The location was great too! If you're seeking the best location for nightlife and action, it's just a step away. The stunning rooftop pool with beautiful views of Los Muertos Beach and the city is a definite highlight. This place is definitely worth every penny!
