What made my experience truly exceptional was the exceptional hospitality of the owner Salvador himself as he only hosts and manages this property -what a treat? El condominio tiene 2 baños y una buena cocina con un sistema de purificación de agua. Hay literalmente docenas de excelentes restaurantes de comida internacional y decenas de cafeterías en este hermoso barrio. Las calles alrededor del edificio están llenas de música, baile y actuaciones teatrales. Este es un destino vacacional de primera en Puerto Vallarta y es muy recomendable.

This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. The condo itself had all the necessary comforts, including a water filter, two full bathrooms, a safe box and 24-hour security. It was evident that the hosts had put a lot of thought into providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for their guests. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back soon. This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. If you're looking for quality and quantity, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Puerto Vallarta.
