Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.

Nice place with excellent amenities in the perfect location...
I had a great experience staying in apartment 306. The location was perfect - just far enough from the noise and excitement, yet close enough to walk back. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with stunning views and many amenities. The condo's location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and markets. Despite being in the heart of everything, the condo felt like a peaceful oasis. The sunrise from the bedroom and rooftop was particularly breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.

Muy contento con la unidad. Muy limpia, electrodomésticos nuevos, todo está en excelentes condiciones. Muy bien ubicado, el edificio tiene vistas impresionantes de la ciudad desde la terraza / piscina. En general, estoy extremadamente feliz.
2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the Zenith building in Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool and views were absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Aaron was an exceptional host and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants in town. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta.
Super Condo with Stunning Infinity Pool
My partner and I had a wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta. It’s close enough to the town center, Malecon and local beaches to walk to very easily, with little to no noise of the town center. The condo's location is perfect - it's close enough to the plaza, the Malecon, and local beaches to walk to easily, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with any noise from the town center. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning infinity pool. We spent many afternoons lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and taking in the breathtaking views. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the city. The condo itself was super comfortable with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The king bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We also appreciated the air conditioning, which kept the condo cool and comfortable during the hot days. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire visit. We had a wonderful stay in this condo with a stunning infinity pool. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

Extremely happy, We had an incredible experience staying in this unit. The apartment was immaculately clean, and everything from the appliances to the furnishings were in excellent condition. The location of the building was perfect, with stunning views of the city from the terrace and pool area. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, sunbathing in the sun and taking in the breathtaking views. The building itself is very well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of PV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment, building, and host are all outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. With just a short walk to the beach, Malecon, Isla Cuale, and the center of Vallarta, you'll be right in the middle of everything. One of the highlights of this property is the rooftop area, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views and soak up the sun all day long. The BBQ area, gym, and hot tub are also fantastic, and you won't find a better offer or location anywhere else. Even if you have walking limitations, you won't need a car as everything is within easy reach. The host and building staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee by the fountain in the morning. There's even a fruit vendor who makes fresh fruit juice outside of the building - a lovely touch that adds to the overall experience.
