Cozy Condo in Heart of Vallarta Romantic zone with a beautiful Rooftop Pool
A great condo equipped with many amenities and spacious enough for four people. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the rooftop and at Los Muertos beach, which is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the building. The building is modern, clean, and provides 24/7 security and concierge service. We rented a parking spot for $10 per day, but hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. The short walk into town was always enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and each room had a flat-screen TV with access to hundreds of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We wish we could have stayed longer as we felt so relaxed and happy with our choice. One of the best features of the condo was the quiet AC unit.

2 EXCELLENT BATHS/ BEDROOMS IN THE HEART OF VALLARTA’S ZONA ROMANTICA
Location, location, location - this condo is situated in the heart of the laid-back Zona Romantica and it's fully loaded with all the amenities you could ask for. It's amazing to have everything you need within one or two blocks, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and cafes - there's even a Starbucks on Bacilio Badillo street just a block and a half away, as well as the famous Los Muertos beach Malecon. The vibe and location simply can't be beat - it's truly the best spot in Vallarta. I especially enjoyed walking to the island of Isla Rio Cuale flee market and Malecon Boardwalk, which were only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the farmers market on the park near the building was super convenient and offered fresh gourmet dishes and drinks at an affordable cost. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need. The building is new and immaculately clean, and the rooftop is simply stunning - it's truly the cherry on top of this rental. I could go on and on, but what else is there to say that hasn't already been said? This condo is worth every penny, and Zenith is by far my favorite building in the romantic zone. In my opinion, this condo is underrated when you consider all the amenities and benefits you get. I highly recommend it!

The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything, and the cleanliness of the place was truly impressive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop pool which offered an amazing view of the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the Malecon and the beach. The only downside was that we couldn't extend our stay as the rental was fully booked. I must commend the host for his exceptional hospitality. He was always available and responsive whenever we needed anything, making us feel welcomed and ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend this condo vacation rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. The ocean views from the rooftop were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a drink in hand. The location of the building couldn't be better - just a short stroll away from the beach and with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. What made my experience truly exceptional was the exceptional hospitality of the owner Salvador himself as he only hosts and manages this property -what a treat? He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay, from recommending restaurants to sharing local tips. The stunning rooftop, unbeatable location, and exceptional hospitality make it a true hidden gem that I can't wait to visit again.

I stumbled upon this cozy Airbnb vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta, and it turned out to be a true hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. The rental was super modern, cute, and incredibly comfortable, and the rooftop offered some of the most stunning views I've ever seen of the city, mountains, and ocean. The location was perfect too, as I was able to easily access all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in the area. One thing I would definitely recommend is booking directly through the owner. I did this and was able to save 22% commission, which was amazing! Plus, the owner, Salvador, was always available for advice and tips on the area, which made me feel like I was being treated like a friend rather than just another guest. All in all, this was a fantastic vacation rental that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta.

This modern condominium is not only well-located but also situated very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful restaurants and art galleries in the center of the romantic zone. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was super beautiful and offered a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Banderas. We will definitely be back soon.

Very happy with the unit. Clean, new appliances, everything is in great condition
Extremely happy, We had an incredible experience staying in this unit. The apartment was immaculately clean, and everything from the appliances to the furnishings were in excellent condition. The location of the building was perfect, with stunning views of the city from the terrace and pool area. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, sunbathing in the sun and taking in the breathtaking views. The building itself is very well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. To sum up, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious vacation rental in the city.
